steak of yam
Today, I want to tell you a food that I love it!!★ It's steak of yam.
I have no idea how to make it, but it's very very good so I often order it.
This menu is at Izakaya called "Wan" I use that Izakaya every week. Do you know any idea how to make it?? Yam, laver, leek and sesame are on the lettuce. It's hard to say a taste of it so if you are in Japan or have a plan to visit Japan, please go to Wan and try it! Maybe your taste and mine are different but it’s very delicious to me.

Wow. That looks really interesting and good. Izakaya chefs must be really creative. I guess they want to offer their regular customers new foods as well as their favourites and draw in new customers too.
